Bright Eyes Lights includes a 2-year full warranty. After 2 years, we continue to offer lifetime service support with labor covered and the customer responsible for shipping and needed parts.

Package your light and ship it to Bright Eyes Lights, 820 Susan Circle, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Include a note describing the issue along with your name, phone number, email, and return address.
