How to Send a Light for Repair

Download and Print the Repair Form

Print the repair form and fill it out as clearly as possible. Include your name, contact information, return shipping address, and a short description of the issue.

Package the Light Securely

Pack the light so it is protected during shipping. If the issue involves charging, battery life, or burn time, include the charger with the light.

Before You Ship

Include the form Please include the completed repair form inside the package so we know who the light belongs to and what issue needs to be checked.
Describe the issue The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose the problem. Include what the light is doing and when the issue happens.
Include charger if needed If the problem involves charging or runtime, send the charger with the light so we can test the full setup.
