01 How do I submit my light for repair?
Submitting your light for repair is easy. Package your light securely and ship it to:

Once we check out the light, we will call you with any questions or next steps.
02 How does the warranty work?
Bright Eyes products are warrantied for 2 years from defects in material and workmanship.
After the 2-year warranty period, Bright Eyes provides a lifetime labor warranty. Customers are only required to pay for necessary parts, and the labor for repair is provided at no charge.
- Caps are not included.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper charging is not covered.
03 Do I need to include anything with my repair?
Yes. Include a note inside the package with:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Return shipping address
- A short description of the issue
This helps us identify your light, diagnose the issue, and contact you with any questions or next steps.
04 Who pays shipping for warranty or repair service?
The customer is responsible for shipping the light to Bright Eyes. After inspection, we will contact you with any questions, repair details, or next steps.
Charging Questions
05 How does my charger work?
Your Bright Eyes charger uses a red and green light system.
- Red light: The light is actively charging.
- Green light: The light is fully charged.
You can charge the light as often as you’d like without damaging the batteries. Charging times vary by light, but most lights can be fully charged in 8–12 hours when completely dead.
06 Can I leave my light on the charger?
You can charge your light as often as needed without damaging the batteries. For best long-term care, use the supplied Bright Eyes charger and make sure the light is in the OFF position before charging.
07 Can I use an aftermarket charger?
No. Only use the Bright Eyes charger supplied with your light. Do not use aftermarket or third-party chargers.
Improper charging can damage the light or battery system and may not be covered under warranty.

09 How does the AVENGER Super Switch work?
The AVENGER uses a front-mounted rotary Electronic Super Switch. The switch has 5 total positions and clicks firmly into place at each stop. It can rotate continuously in either direction.
Starting from OFF, rotate forward through:
- Dual Walklight
- Dual Red
- Dual Amber
- Main Beam
- OFF, then the cycle repeats
You can also rotate backward from OFF to start directly on the Main Beam.
10 How do I adjust brightness on the AVENGER?
The center green battery indicator button controls brightness on every light mode, including Main Beam, Walklight, Red, and Amber.
- Press once: Low
- Press again: Medium
- Press again: High
11 What does the AVENGER battery indicator mean?
- Green: 51–100% battery
- Red: 21–50% battery
- Blinking Red: 20% or less — recharge soon
12 Does the AVENGER include a laser?
Yes. The AVENGER includes a Green Laser with Night Trace Technology.

13 Should the light be turned off before charging?
Yes. Make sure the light is in the OFF position before charging.
14 How long does it take to fully charge a Bright Eyes light?
Charging time varies by model, but most Bright Eyes lights will fully charge in 8–12 hours when completely discharged.
Larger-capacity models may take longer.
15 What should I do if my light is not working correctly?
First, make sure the light is charged using the supplied Bright Eyes charger. If the issue continues, contact Bright Eyes or submit the light for repair.
When sending a light in, include a note describing the problem and your contact information.
16 Are caps covered under warranty?
No. Caps are not included in the warranty.
